About me

01 Background

I've spent 20 years in research — 13+ of those at companies like Twitter, Google, Pinterest, and Yahoo, working directly with C-level leaders and running global research teams. I've directly managed over 100 researchers, led research across 25+ countries, and built high-performing teams from the ground up in several companies. Over three years ago, I started Two Cents Insights, working with companies like Block, Google, Pinterest, and Digitas on research and strategy that moves their businesses forward.

Why I do this

My passion has always been the same: seeing researchers get the influence they deserve, and helping businesses win by actually listening to their customers. I've coached people through burnout, helped them weave their passions into their work, and rehabilitated research programs into scaled powerhouses. Here's what they don't teach you: how to build your leadership brand, navigate high-stakes exec conversations, or scale a team without losing your mind. That's the work I live for.
